App development and integrations for London businesses
We're based just outside London, in Hutton, Brentwood, near the eastern end of the Elizabeth line. We build custom apps and connect business systems for London companies, and help local shops and services stand out on Google Maps, where the competition is often a few doors down.
Or start with something free:
Apps, automation, Google
Where we'd start for a London business
London businesses often have more software than they know what to do with, and more competitors on the map than anywhere else. These three services tackle both.
App development in London
Web apps, customer portals, internal tools and mobile apps for London SMEs, designed around your process and built in stages so you see progress as we go.
System design £2,200. Larger apps quoted per project.
Business automation in London
Most London firms run on a stack of tools: CRM, bookings, payments, accounts and email. We map how they fit together and connect them, so data moves on its own and nothing falls between systems.
Smaller automations quoted per job. System design £2,200.
Google Business Profile in London
In London, the businesses shown on Google Maps can change from one street to the next. We make your profile complete, accurate and active, with the right categories and genuine reviews, to give you the best chance in a crowded area.
Profile creation £80. Profile improvement £55.
Local know-how
Working with London businesses
London is the biggest and most crowded market in the country. A café, salon or plumber can have dozens of competitors within walking distance, and an office-based firm may be competing with the whole city. That raises the stakes for getting found, and for running efficiently.
Many of the London businesses that suit us best are small and medium firms that have grown quickly. They've added a booking system here, a CRM there, an accounts package and a few spreadsheets, and now staff spend hours moving information between them. That's exactly the problem integrations and custom apps solve.
Our base in Hutton is close to Shenfield, where the Elizabeth line starts, with direct trains through the City and the West End. Most London projects run smoothly by video call and email, and east London, including Romford, Ilford and Stratford, is close by.
How we work with London clients
Mostly remotely, by video call, shared documents and email, with a clear written proposal and your sign-off at each stage.
Meeting in person
If a face-to-face meeting would help, just ask. East London and the City are a straightforward trip from Brentwood.
Who we're set up to help
SMEs with several systems to connect, firms that need a custom tool built, and local shops and services competing on Google Maps.
Ideas
What this could look like for a London business
Ideas, not case studies: these are the kind of thing we set up, not past client projects. Your free chat is where we work out what would help you most.
We don't sell software you don't need. If a setting in a tool you already pay for will do the job, we'll tell you.
One source of truth
Bookings, CRM, payments and accounts connected, so customer records match everywhere and staff stop re-typing.
A custom internal tool
Retire the shared spreadsheet that quietly runs the business (you know the one) with a secure web app built around your process, with proper logins and permissions.
A customer portal
Let clients book, pay, upload documents or track progress themselves, so your team spends less time on email.
Standing out on the map
A complete, active Google profile with the right categories, photos, posts and a steady flow of genuine reviews.

Questions
London questions, answered
Do you work with London businesses if you're based in Essex?
Yes. Much of our work, especially apps and integrations, is done remotely, and we work with clients anywhere in the UK. Our base in Hutton, Brentwood, is close to the eastern end of the Elizabeth line, so London is easy to reach if a meeting helps.
Which systems can you integrate?
If a system has a way in, such as an API or a ready-made connector, we can usually connect it: CRMs, booking systems, payment providers, accounting software, email and SMS tools, and your website. We'll confirm what's possible for your setup on a free chat.
How are app projects priced?
We quote each project in writing once we understand it. Our list price for system design, covering a written specification and screen designs, is £2,200, and system set-up and development is £3,300. Larger web and mobile apps are quoted per project.
Is our customer data safe when you connect systems?
We only connect the data that's needed, use the official access methods each system provides, and keep access limited to what the integration requires. We document what we build, so you know exactly what's connected.
Can you help a London shop or salon on Google Maps?
Yes. We'll check your Google Business Profile for free and tell you what to fix. Profile improvement is £55 and creating a new profile is £80. Nobody can honestly promise map positions, but a complete, active profile with genuine reviews gives you the best chance.
